Managed Services Onboarding Fee — $100 per Machine
This is the one-time onboarding fee for bringing your computers under TTG Managed Services. Set the quantity to match the number of machines being onboarded (e.g., quantity of 5 = $500 for 5 computers).

- Account and credential setup
- Remote monitoring and management (RMM) agent deployment
- Patch management and endpoint security enrollment
- Security baseline configuration (MFA, identity, endpoint management)
Administrator Passwords Required
This $100/machine rate assumes TTG is provided with valid, working local/domain administrator credentials for every machine listed at checkout. If administrator passwords are missing, incorrect, or machines require password resets or reconfiguration before we can gain admin access, the onboarding fee for those machines will be higher than the rate shown here. We’ll communicate the adjusted fee and the reason for it before doing any additional work.
This Charge Is a Deposit
The amount paid at checkout is a deposit toward your total onboarding fee, not a final price. Once we complete discovery on your environment, we’ll confirm the actual per-machine fee based on the condition of each machine and credentials provided and invoice any balance separately. If no issues are found, no additional charge applies.
