This is our highest-effort onboarding path, built for situations where a business is switching IT providers with no credentials, no network documentation, and an owner or staff who can’t tell us what’s actually running on their systems.

What’s involved:

• Full on-site and remote discovery of every device, account, and system on the network
• Credential resets across all discoverable admin access points (domain, DNS, registrar, firewall, backup, email/cloud admin, line-of-business applications)
• Security audit to rule out leftover access from a prior provider
• Staged rollout of new, secured systems as they’re ready

Deposit: $2,000 (non-refundable)
This deposit reserves your onboarding slot and covers the initial discovery and lockdown work, which begins immediately regardless of what we find. Because this work is billed for time and effort rather than a fixed deliverable, the deposit is non-refundable.

Total cost: up to $10,000
Final cost depends on the number of devices, accounts, and systems discovered during onboarding. We’ll provide an updated estimate once discovery is underway.

Additional cost — New Hardware Required
Because there are no existing credentials, we can’t safely work on your current systems in place. We’ll need to purchase at least one new computer so we can configure it fully secured, then rotate your team onto it as each system is ready. This hardware cost is separate from the deposit and total service cost above and will be billed directly to the customer. The only way around this is if the customer has extra hardware on site, we can correctly provision and migrate to.
