Prepaid IT Support Time — $150 per hour

Use this to purchase blocks of dedicated IT support time from Texas Technology Group. Each unit equals one (1) hour of support, billed at a flat rate of $150/hour. Need more time? Just increase the quantity — for example, select 10 for a 10-hour block ($1,500 total).

What this covers:

• Ad hoc IT consulting and troubleshooting
• Project and implementation work outside an existing Managed Services agreement
• Out-of-scope remediation, migrations, or one-off configuration work
• General remote support for businesses without an active TTG Managed Services plan

What this does not cover:

• Ongoing Managed Services (device monitoring, patching, endpoint security) — these are billed monthly per device under a separate agreement
• Hardware, software licensing, or third-party costs, which are billed separately if required

How it works:

1. Purchase the number of hours you need.
2. Our team will reach out to schedule your session(s) or begin work on the agreed task.
3. Time is tracked and deducted from your purchased balance as work is completed.

Terms:

• Purchased hours are non-refundable once bought.
• Hours are billed at the flat $150/hour rate regardless of task type.
• For recurring, device-based IT management, see our Managed Services plans instead of purchasing hour blocks.
