AI Workstations
AI Workstations are a new class of desktop computer built for running and fine-tuning large AI models on hardware you own — in your own office, on your own network, with your data never leaving the building. Every system in this category is built on NVIDIA’s GB10 Grace Blackwell platform, the same “DGX Spark-class” architecture NVIDIA created to put data-center-grade AI on a desk.
Each unit pairs a 20-core Arm CPU with an NVIDIA Blackwell GPU and 128GB of unified memory that the CPU and GPU share, delivering up to roughly 1 petaFLOP of FP4 AI performance in a package about the size of a small book. That is enough to run inference on models up to around 200 billion parameters locally, and to fine-tune models up to around 70 billion. Because each system includes NVIDIA’s ConnectX-7 200Gb networking, you can link units together for larger models. They ship with NVIDIA’s DGX OS and the same CUDA software stack used in the data center, so what you build on the desk moves to a server or the cloud unchanged.
These systems are for businesses that want the benefits of modern AI without sending sensitive data to a public cloud API — healthcare and HIPAA-minded practices, legal and financial firms, engineering and oil-and-gas teams, and research groups that need local control of confidential information. They are the hardware behind a private RAG assistant, a local chatbot, or a document-processing pipeline that has to stay in-house.
Texas Technology Group is a Houston IT provider, not just a reseller. We help you choose the right system for your models and budget, deploy it on a network we secure, set up the private & local AI software that runs on it, and support it as part of the IT we already manage for you. If you are weighing on-premise AI, start with a conversation — we will tell you honestly whether a workstation, a cloud setup, or a hybrid fits your data and your goals.
