Regulated and Restricted Products
Selling regulated products: Prior notice and/or approval by TTG is required for the sale of regulated products on our platform. In some cases, we may require that you provide information or documentation in order to verify that you have complied with these Rules of Engagement and sign an additional agreement.
Claims: Any medical, scientific or other claims must be true and supported by documented evidence and TTG may request such documented evidence and may suspend the availability of involved products via its Services unless and until it can verify any such medical, scientific or other claims.
Compliance with laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and other regulatory requirements relating to the sale of products that you offer, both in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of your customers.
Appropriate licensing or permissions: You must obtain all applicable licenses or permissions for the products you sell. This includes all applicable licenses, approvals, or authorizations for the sale of medical or health-related products.
Firearms
Items advertised, or offered for sale, through our Services, may not be offered for sale in any country, city, or state in which the possession or sale of the item is prohibited. All domestic firearm sales must be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (Federal Firearms Licensee, or FFL) in the state of the customer’s residence. Firearms cannot be transferred directly to consumers. If you sell firearms, you hereby confirm that you hold a valid and current FFL.
Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun, and 21 years or older to purchase a handgun.
It is the responsibility of your customer and end-user to know and abide by all applicable laws and regulations in their location, and it is the responsibility of you to know and abide by all laws, rules, regulations and contractual obligations applicable to sales made to your customers.
The United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (“ATF”) requires every firearm purchaser to fill out a Form 4473. Firearms must be transferred to an FFL dealer, who will supply the buyer with a Form 4473, conduct the buyer’s background check, and deliver the firearm, in compliance with all applicable laws.
